Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program seeks experienced RN/ICU travel nurses for premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. RNs will fill short/long-term assignments across the health system with nationwide and regional opportunities.

Positions require ability to float across hospital units and regions, nursing licensure in applicable states, and credentials (ACLS/TNCC/PALS) per specialty. Enjoy premium pay, flexible schedules, and travel/per diem options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure valid in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain credentials per specialty area (ACLs, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply professional nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
