Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED or Behavioral Health.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications as required per specialty; obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensed scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
