Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments across locations. RNs will float to various units as needed, providing expert patient care with autonomy within licensure.

Positions offer premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel/per diem opportunities, plus license/certification reimbursements. Assignments may be in Med/Surg, Tele, PCU, or other specialties, with nursing leadership and risk management support across regions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability and take on new responsibilities.
