Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a licensed RN for FirstChoice mobile staffing travel assignments across Samaritan Hospital and other facilities. The role emphasizes flexibility, acute care experience, and the ability to float across units and locations.

The position offers premium pay, a flexible schedule, and travel/per diem opportunities within the health system. Start dates are ASAP with options to participate in 403B and license/certification reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
