Job summary

Trinity Health is actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice mobile staffing, offering premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility across multiple hospital locations and regions.

These roles require RN licensure, strong clinical experience, and the ability to float between units. Credentialing varies by specialty, with mandatory BLS/ACLS/PALS through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
