Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice, a mobile staffing solution that offers flexible assignments across the health system. The program provides premium pay and a variety of practice settings, including travel opportunities.

You will float across hospital locations, maintain licensure credentials, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Start dates ASAP; pay range shown is $73.00–$78.00 per hour, with benefits like DailyPay and license

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credential requirements per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Applies professional practice elements: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Acts independently within license and scope of knowledge & experience.
• Maintains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Embraces new ideas and manages competing priorities.
