Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice mobile staffing program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for part-time assignments across the hospital system. RNs may float between locations and regions with flexible scheduling and premium pay.

Opportunities include travel, per diem and a variety of practice settings. Starting ASAP with shifts and the potential for multiple weeks, you can select assignments that fit your life while maintaining licensure requirements and pursuing ongoing credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure valid in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g. ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensed scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
