Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply standard nursing processes: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate independence within licensure and scope.
