Job summary

FirstChoice, Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, seeks experienced RNs for flexible, premium‑pay assignments across the health system. RNs may float to various hospital locations and regions, delivering care within licensure and specialty scope.

Minimum qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and required certifications. Positions offer flexible scheduling, travel/per diem opportunities, and ongoing learning support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area: ONS certification, BLS (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard elements of professional nursing practice: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
