Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing across hospitals. Flexible day/night shifts, premium pay, and travel or per diem opportunities support a broad range of assignments in a regional and national scope.

RNs must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with active licensure in applicable states and relevant clinical experience per specialty. DailyPay and license/certifications reimbursement are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float across hospital locations or regions as needed.
Apply the nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
Act independently within licensed scope and accountability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality improvement.
Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
