Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center in Clinton, IA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice travel assignments nationwide and locally. The role involves floating across units as needed, with a 12-hour night shift and flexible start dates.

Offers premium pay, travel and per diem opportunities, learning and development, DailyPay, and license/certification reimbursements; eligible for 403(b) participation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure valid in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Maintain required credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) per specialty; BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital units and locations as needed.
• Practice independently within licensure, knowledge, and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and new responsibilities.
