Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice in Clinton, IA seeks local RN staff for premium compensation and flexible scheduling through our mobile staffing program. RNs fill short and long-term assignments across MercyOne Clinton and regional facilities, with regional and national opportunities available.

The role requires an RN license, 18+ months Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience (2+ years for other specialties), and credentials such as ACLS/TNCC/PALS as applicable. You may float to multiple units as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years other specialties.
• ACLS, TNCC, or required credentials per specialty including BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply professional practice: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within licensed scope and knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvements.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse care settings.
