Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s) is required.
• 18+ months of recent Med/Surg/Tele/PCU experience for most areas; CCU/ICU and other specialties require 2+ years.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS, PALS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and locations as needed.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act autonomously within license and experience.
• Ensure proper delegation and accountability for decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
• Support diverse patient populations and shift priorities.
