Job summary

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice mobile staffing assignments across the system, with premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility. The role requires RN licensure, acute care experience, and willingness to float across units and locations.

This part-time night-shift opportunity offers travel and per diem options, daily pay, and reimbursement of licenses and certifications, helping you tailor a travel-friendly schedule while delivering quality

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
Must maintain credentials required for specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC; BLS, ACLS, PALS per American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Act independently within licensed scope of knowledge and experience.
Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
