Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice in Muskegon seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for mobile staffing across the health system. This part-time role features night shifts (3x12) and a premium gross hourly rate of $81.

The RN will float to multiple locations, follow the nursing process, and maintain high standards while collaborating with stakeholders to drive quality care and outcomes. Flexible scheduling and per diem opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties (CCU, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Work independently within license and scope.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
