Job summary
Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for Med Surg/Tele and other units under FirstChoice staffing. Flexible, premium pay, and regional opportunities are offered to fit your life and licensure.
FirstChoice RNs support short- and long-term assignments across the health system. You’ll float between locations, uphold high standards of care, and participate in ongoing learning and credential reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
- Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
- BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
- Apply nursing process: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
- Work independently within licensure and scope of practice.
- Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse care environments.
