Job summary

MercyOne Davenport Medical Center seeks experienced RN staff through FirstChoice – Trinity Health, offering premium pay and flexible scheduling. RNs float across hospital locations, with opportunities regionally and nationally.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure in the applicable state, 18–24 months of relevant clinical experience, and required credentials (ACLS/TNCC/PALS). DailyPay and license/certification reimbursement are available per assignment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months Med/Surg, Tele or PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Maintain required credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS); BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Work independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Own delegation choices and outcomes; ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve care and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
