Job summary

Trinity Health's MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center is seeking experienced RN travelers for FirstChoice assignments on a part-time, 12-hour day shift. RNs may float across units and locations, delivering patient-centered care while aligning with professional standards.

FirstChoice offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, and daily pay. This role supports diverse clinical settings with ongoing learning and certification reimbursement per assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Follow and demonstrate professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
