Job summary

MercyOne is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice staffing at MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center in IA. This part-time, 12-hour night shift offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility through the mobile staffing solution.

RNs float across hospital locations, adhere to professional standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve care. Requires RN license, ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials as applicable, with travel and per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
