Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric ICU RN with at least 2 years of PICU experience and CICU exposure, requiring an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the PICU of a pediatric hospital setting
• Float required to CICU (CVPICU) and potentially the Liberty campus as needed
• Rotating day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) shifts, 3x12 hours
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Blocked scheduling accepted only for weekend-only blocks (Fri-Sun)

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years PICU experience with CICU exposure required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Supervisor reference from within the past 2 years required
• No prior license hits on background check

Additional Information

• First-time travelers considered if they meet the specialty experience requirement
• Additional background check and fingerprinting required onsite on first day of assignment
• Must be fully vaccinated with no exceptions
• Minimum of 2 holidays must be worked during assignment
• RTO requests limited to 5 days total and must be submitted at time of consideration
• Previous CCHMC employees ineligible to reapply for 1 year from termination date
• Candidates within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and local rates apply

Weekly Breakdown

Weekly Wages: $936/wk ($26.00 x 36 hours/wk = $936)

Weekly Stipends: $1,617/wk

Lodging: $163.00 x 7 days = $1,141

Meals & Incidentals: $68.00 x 7 days = $476
