Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN to join the PCU/Progressive Care Unit assignment in Newport, Vermont. This travel position offers 36 hours per week across 12-hour night shifts, with a 13-week duration and start date of 10/19/2026.

The role requires an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Housing options and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients who aren't unstable enough to need ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
