American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit position in New Hampshire. Requires 2 years of PCU experience and NIH Stroke Certification, with BLS/ACLS, and an active NH license.

The role involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 13-week assignment, with floating to Med Surg, ICU, and ED as needed. Comprehensive housing and travel reimbursements are included.

Qualifications

• Active NH or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS) required.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a hospital setting required.
• Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience required.
• Pre-post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience preferred.
• Prior HCA experience preferred.
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration.
• One professional reference required.

Responsibilities

• PCU setting on the 2nd floor with 20 beds.
• Staffed with 5 RNs and 2 LNAs per shift, flexing with patient volume.
• Patient ratio of 4:1.
• Uses GE cardiac monitoring and Hospira IV pumps.
• EMR: Expanse.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over a 13-week assignment.
• Floating required to Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department.
