Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients transitioning from ICU to step-down units while working a night shift on a 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN is required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry data and cardiac rhythms to detect abnormalities.
• Administer meds and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and prepare equipment.
• Document assessments and coordinate with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
