Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on caring for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with emphasis on telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.

You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, in a travel capacity, with competitive pay and benefits. A licensed RN with BLS/ACLS is required, and PCCN/NIHSS credentials are preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in Georgia per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort on telemetry units.
• Document patient status and communicate changes to the team.
