The position requires 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS. Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications enhance eligibility. Travel benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred PCCN Certification and NIHSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry and patient status; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians during cardiac-related procedures and exams.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
