Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Lubbock, TX. You will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Document assessments and nursing history; educate patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for safe patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
