Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Youngstown, OH. You will provide high-quality care to patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with emphasis on telemetry and cardiac care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred PCCN certification
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry data and assess cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and examinations
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle factors
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with safety protocols
