Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Hays, Kansas. You will provide care for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with emphasis on telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.

The role requires 1 year of stepdown experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive national coverage, with a 12-hour day shift schedule and 36 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Aufgaben

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety on telemetry units.
• Document nursing history and assess cardiac status; notify changes.
