Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN in the PCU/Stepdown unit for a 13-week assignment in Queen Creek, AZ. The role requires 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS.

Travel pay is offered with comprehensive benefits and a strong clinical support team. The position features 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, and a dynamic clinical environment focusing on telemetry and cardiac care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state regulations compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year recent Stepdown RN experience.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer meds and treatments per protocol, with cardiac focus.
• Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Document patient data and nursing actions accurately.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
