Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Active RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintain awareness of comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
• Document nursing history and cardiac status.
