Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel RN (PCU) for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, AZ. This Stepdown RN role focuses on patients transitioning from ICU with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.

Start date is 09/28/2026. Shifts are 12 hours nightly, 36 hours per week. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

Candidates must have 1 year of Stepdown experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol.
• Assist physicians in cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Document patient assessments and care plans for telemetry patients.
• Provide patient education focused on cardiac health and risk factors.
