American Traveler is recruiting an experienced RN for a CVOR position in Colorado, requiring a CO or compact RN license and the flexibility to float to General OR. The role features 10-hour day shifts, on-call responsibilities, and Epic charting in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has an active CO or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS, 1 year CVOR experience, ASN with BSN preferred, and will be evaluated for travel assignments.

Qualifications

Active RN license CO or compact required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, must not expire before start.
Minimum 1 year CVOR experience.
ASN required, BSN preferred.
DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration.

Responsibilities

Operate in the CVOR unit within a hospital setting.
10-hour day shifts with variable scheduling.
Flex to General OR based on business need.
On-call duties during scheduled shifts.
Assist with charting using Epic.
Provide nursing care and health teaching to patients.
May float to other departments within scope of competency.
Document care per hospital and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
10-hour day shifts with variable scheduling
Must be willing and able to flex to General OR based on business need
On-call responsibilities required during scheduled shifts
Uses Epic for charting
Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient nursing care
Provides health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic treatment to patients
May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Returning permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
