Job summary
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Michigan City, Indiana. The role requires 2 years of OR experience and IN or compact RN licensure.
Shifts are 4x10-hour days, Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with a 4-day-per-month call and no floating. Scrubs are provided; local candidates within 50 miles may be accepted at a reduced bill rate.
Qualifications
- Active OR RN with minimum 2 years of OR experience.
- RN license in Indiana or compact license is required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.

- Active RN license (IN or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room specialty required
- Experience with all OR specialties except Open Heart required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced bill rate
