- Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Call requirements to be discussed during interview
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
- May float between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius, though cross-campus floating is rare
- Active RN license (TN state or NLC-compliant compact license) required at time of consideration
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience with prior travel assignment, or 3 years of recent OR experience without travel history
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- BSN not required; ADN accepted for this position
- Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
- Perform surgical nursing duties within the Operating Room
- Holiday coverage required: if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall within the assignment, must work 2 of the 3; if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, must work at least 1
- Former permanent staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; local candidates within this radius are not eligible
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- RTO must be submitted at time of initial consideration and will not be honored if submitted after an offer
