Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Idaho Falls. An active ID or compact RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience are required. BLS certification must be valid and not expire within 30 days of start.

The position offers a day shift (6:30 AM–4:30 PM), a generous housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and Day 1 benefits. SSN and DOB are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (ID or compact) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days).
• No 90+ day gaps in work history within the last 12 months.
• Social Security Number and date of birth must be provided for consideration.
• One professional reference required.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Support a 13-week travel assignment.
• Day shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
• Operate within a hospital OR unit as part of the surgical team.
