Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time, night-shift assignments at MercyOne Elkader Medical Center in Iowa. These mobile staffing positions offer premium pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across multiple hospital locations nationwide or regionally.

Start date ASAP with 3x12 night hours and a $2,700 gross weekly rate. RNs must be a graduates of an accredited nursing program with valid licensure in the applicable state, plus required credentials

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Demonstrate nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and changing priorities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
