Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Concord, NH. You will work 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour night schedule (19:00–07:00) in a geriatric long-term care setting within a hospital-adjacent facility.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, medications administration, documentation, and care planning. Active NH RN license or eligibility is required; LTC experience preferred. Travel support and guaranteed hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Active NH registered nurse license or eligibility.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a LTC setting with ongoing assessments and timely documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse effects.
• Perform geriatric nursing tasks (e.g., wound care, catheter care, IV therapy where permitted) and participate in care planning.
• Develop and revise individual care plans; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate changes to residents, families, and the care team.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, respond to calls and emergencies, support mobility and fall prevention, uphold infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR and comply with regulatory and facility policies.
