Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Concord, NH. You will work three 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) in a long-term care facility, delivering direct patient care under supervision and coordinating with the care team. This assignment provides a weekly pay range of 1,235 to 1,319 and guaranteed 36 hours per week, with housing assistance and dedicated travel support. Start date is 10/26/2026; extension opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NH is required.
• Completion of an approved LPN program (diploma or associate degree).
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (19:00–07:00) in LTC.
• BLS certification current.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care setting per care plans under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments, document responses, monitor for adverse effects.
• Assess residents with vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Support ADLs to promote resident comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to adjust care plans based on needs and outcomes.
• Ensure infection control, safe device use, and accurate documentation.
