Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Direct Observation Unit (DOU) in Atlanta, GA. This 13-week travel contract offers a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, with potential float to other areas based on patient acuity.

The role requires at least 2 years of acute RN experience and active RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS. TNCC preferred. ARMStaffing provides benefits and support for travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Current RN license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the observation unit.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changing patient acuity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient needs are met.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and interventions appropriately.
• Assist with patient education and support for recovery.
