MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the DOU — Direct Observation Unit in Atlanta, Georgia. The 13-week travel assignment includes 48 hours per week with 12-hour daytime shifts, and travel employment through MedPro’s nationwide network.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS certification, and 18 months of recent acute Med/Surg experience along with client-determined requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent Med/Surg acute care experience.
• Additional requirements per client facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess health status changes and perform treatments.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.
