MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Direct Observation Unit in Atlanta, GA. This 14-week travel assignment is 48 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts. Requires active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring close monitoring in PCU/step-down, and detect changes to enable timely intervention.
• Operate monitoring equipment to track cardiac and other vital signs and respond to any deterioration.
