Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Telemetry RN for a night shift position in Sayre, PA, covering telemetry patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:8. The assignment is a 13-week travel contract with 3x12 hour shifts and weekend coverage every other week.

Requirements include active RN license, BLS, ACLS preferred, Epic experience, and minimum 1 year in a similar setting. Benefits and onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting.
• ACLS preferred; BLS required.
• Active RN license required upon submission.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and management of cardiac rhythms.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical surgical telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Document patient assessments and care in Epic EMR.
• Participate in code blue and rapid response situations as needed.
