Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Level IV NICU RN for a weekend-focused night shift contract in Georgia. Applicants must hold a GA license, have NICU and travel nursing experience, and be certified in BLS and PALS.

Responsibilities include night shifts (3x12 hours), weekend coverage, holiday shifts, and float to related departments within 12 miles. NRP is preferred; Epic EMR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active GA state or compact RN license required at time of consideration.
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience required.
• Level IV NICU experience required.
• Recent travel nursing experience required.
• BLS and PALS (American Heart Association) certifications required.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Level IV Neonatal ICU setting.
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM).
• Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) plus one weekday night shift required.
• Holiday coverage required.
• Float required to other departments within the facility and to sister campus NICU, including sister campuses within a 12-mile radius.
• Nicotine-free campus with nicotine testing required.
• Minimal to no RTO available for this contract.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
