• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Active unencumbered Kentucky RN license or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
• Must be willing to work 48 hours/week.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must have required certifications applicable to the assignment.
• EPIC, Meditech, or other EMR experience preferred/required as applicable.
• Must be able to provide complete travel assignment history.

Compliance Requirements

• Active, unencumbered KY RN or Compact RN license.
• Current required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, as applicable.
• Education verification – BSN/ADN or applicable nursing education.
• Background check and facility credentialing.
• Drug screening, if required.
• Any required health/immunization/occupational-health documentation.
• Disclosure of any nursing license infractions.
• Nursys report and supporting details if applicable.
• Disclosure of previous Pikeville Medical Center employment or agency assignment.
• Disclosure of all requested time off.
• Verification that previous travel assignments were completed, or explanation for any incomplete assignment.
