Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. The role collaborates with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all phases of treatment.

The RN will manage patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care within the stated standards of nursing practice. Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend to another Sanford site.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all phases of care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, and provide education and triage as needed.
