Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate treatment. You will provide patient education and participate in triage and coordination of care for diverse patient populations.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license, with state-specific competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, licensure rules, and ethical standards in practice.
