Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across patient care settings. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring education and triage as patients move along the care continuum.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, RN licensure in the practicing state, and ongoing maintenance of required competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
