Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Telemetry on a 13-week travel assignment in the United States. The 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM require a patient-to-nurse ratio around 6:1 and capability to care for orthopedic, bariatric, and cardiac patients.

The role demands an active RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred. Compensation includes travel benefits and clinical support from ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Active RN license for practice.
• Experience in med-surg or telemetry nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the med-surg floor.
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment, including reading monitor strips.
• Administer medications and assist with various treatments as required.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members, including CCU staff and supervisors.
