Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Gallatin, TN. This assignment is a 13-week contract offering a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts, and travel-friendly benefits.

The RN will deliver patient care in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, monitor and document patient progress, administer medications, collaborate with the care team, and educate patients and families on health maintenance. TN license and BLS/ACLS required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee and active licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per established protocols and standards.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management.
