Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry/IMC unit position requiring a TX or compact RN license and prior telemetry experience.

The role is a travel assignment with a 13-week term and a day shift from 07:00 to 19:00, serving IMC patients in a hospital setting. Compliance and licensing requirements must be met by the due date.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Certifications must be current and not expired for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the IMC Medical-Surgical unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00.
• 13-week assignment.
• Provide telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical nursing care to IMC patients.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius to qualify for travel rate; local candidates may be considered where permitted.
• Previous CHRISTUS Health System employees must have a 6-month separation period across the entire system before being eligible for a travel assignment.
• Candidates must be fully compliant and cleared by the facility's compliance due date to secure the assignment.
